We're ecstatic to announce But Not For Me is an Official Selection of the 2015 Virginia Film Festival!
The film will screen alongside new films from Todd Haynes ("Carol"), Rodrigo Garcia ("Last Days in the Desert"), and Paolo Sorrentino ("Youth").
Our screening is Saturday, November 7th, at 6:45pm followed by a Q&A with Ryan Carmichael (writer/director), Jason Stefaniak (producer), and Maria Vermeulen ("Grace").

Our short film, Middle Ground, written/directed/edited by Jason Stefaniak and produced by Ryan Carmichael, will have it's European Premiere at the Student International Film Festival (STIFF) in Rijeka, Croatia, in October.
The film will screen at the Art Kino theater, which is run by the city and dedicated to exhibiting the best in classic and contemporary cinema. Look at how beautiful this theater is!
But Not For Me screens Friday, August 14th, at the Capital City Black Film Festival in Austin, Texas.

Big News this week - both our first short film, Middle Ground, and our first feature film, But Not For Me, have been named recipients of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association Fellows Fund grant. The grant money will go toward completing both films. The HFPA is the association that hands out the Golden Globes.
